Allegro Precision simplifies your manufacturing process by handling machining, finishing, and coordination under one roof.
From tight-tolerance milling to plating-ready finishes, we deliver consistent quality without the delays, handoffs, or headaches of managing multiple vendors.
Finishing That Sets You Apart
Precision You Can Trust
Faster, More Reliable Lead Times
True End-to-End Manufacturing
We will offer on-demand CNC machining services to startups, product design firms, and R&D departments that need high-quality prototypes quickly and reliably. Services include CNC milling and turning of metal and lasered parts, from CAD to delivery.
o Our parts tolerances are held to +-.004 inch, with +/- .001 achievable where necessary.
o Quick-turn prototyping (1–20 parts)
o Low-volume production (up to 500 units)
o Material capabilities: Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Plastics (Delrin, ABS, Nylon), Brass, and Titanium.
Our experienced team specializes in mechanical design, drawing creation, specification development, and process documentation. We can use your CAD file, or create one for you.
Bright Dip line specifically designed for brass parts that demand a vibrant and bright appearance. Additionally, our tarnish inhibitor ensures the long-lasting brightness of brass components. Our strategic partnerships with local vendors enable us to offer a wide range of plating processes to meet your unique requirements.
Ultrasonic cleaning services: Our three ultrasonic cleaning baths enable us to thoroughly and efficiently clean your precision components. High-frequency sound waves will effectively remove contaminants and achieve a pristine, debris-free surface.
Finishing: Deburring, bead blasting, anodizing, powder coating. Hardening is available.
We have broad and deep experience in both prototype development and high-volume machining. Our experience uniquely positions us as an excellent supplier of small, high volume parts requiring a highly aesthetic surface finish. If supply chain issues are motivating you to "reshore" production back here to the USA look no further than Allegro Precision. We are your trusted local shop, dedicated to delivering exceptional quality and keeping your sources close to home.

1
The customer reaches out with drawings, CAD files, specs, quantities, and timeline requirements. Allegro reviews part geometry, tolerances, materials, and finishing needs to ensure manufacturability.
2
If drawings need refinement, Allegro provides mechanical engineering input, design optimization, and process recommendations to reduce cost, improve quality, or streamline production.
3
A detailed quote is provided outlining machining, finishing, plating coordination (if required), quantities, and confirmed lead times including expedited options if needed.
4
Parts are precision-machined using 3-axis and 4-axis CNC milling equipment. Tight tolerances and repeatability are maintained across prototype, low-volume, and high-volume runs.
5
Machined parts move into in-house finishing processes including deburring, polishing, vibratory finishing, or mass finishing to achieve the required aesthetic and functional surface quality.
6
Parts are ultrasonically cleaned to remove oils, debris, and contaminants, ensuring they are clean, consistent, and ready for plating, assembly, or final use.
7
For plated or anodized parts, Allegro performs in-house bright dip processing for brass and coordinates nickel, chrome, or anodized finishes through trusted local partners.
8
Parts are inspected to confirm tolerances, surface finish, and overall quality meet specifications before final approval.
9
Parts are packaged appropriately (including retail packaging if required) and shipped according to the agreed timeline, with expedited options available when needed.
Have questions about CNC milling, tolerances, materials, or finishing options? We’ve got answers.
Typically tolerances are held to +-.004 inch, with +/- .001 achievable where necessary.
Contact us with details of your components, and we will be happy to quote a lead time and deliver the parts on time. With a new machine added in May of 2023, we have available capacity!
We routinely work with Mild Steel, Tool Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Brass, and plastics.
Our Haas VF2 machines can handle stock up to 30 x 16 inches. Workholding issues sometimes lead to an effective work area that is less, depending on the part.
We do not have plating in-house. We have a Brite-Dip process for Brass components in-house. We are happy to manage plating needs for you through our local partnerships. Available finishes are Electroless Nickel, Bright Nickel, and Chrome. We can also handle heat treat processing for you through a local vendor-partner.
